At CinematicTale, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for subscriptions and credit purchases made through our platform. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Subscription Plans
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made after that.
- No pro-rated refunds: We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days remaining in a subscription period after cancellation.
- Renewal charges: Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle. If you wish to avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Credit Purchases (Top-Ups)
- Non-refundable once consumed: All credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used to generate content.
- Unused credits: If you have not used your purchased credits and request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
- Technical errors: If credits were incorrectly consumed due to a verified technical error on our platform, we will restore those credits to your account promptly after investigation.
